Our Personal and Group Training exercise sessions are a great way to exercise that takes into consideration your current level of conditioning, encourages you to push past your boundaries whilst also having lots of variety in a fun environment. Whether it’s one-on-one or in a small group with friends we ensure each person is looked after and your exercise sessions are individualised to your body and what it needs.

Our personal exercise sessions are designed with your goals in mind and executed in a periodised manner to ensure we are progressively overloading your body safely. The age-old saying of ‘if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you’ rings true!

We motivate, educate and support you on your health and wellness journey while also taking into consideration the management of any chronic health conditions, diseases or injuries.
